Private capture inbox
A marketing email inbox. Separate from your everyday inbox.
Subscribe to the brands you want to study with your own PromoStash address. Their emails arrive in a searchable archive, ready when you need a reference—not another notification in your personal inbox.
Private capture, search, and email viewing are included on Free and Pro.

Your research starts with an address
Every account gets a private receiving address, separate from the email you use to log in. Use it in a brand’s newsletter signup form or at a subscription preference center. Emails sent to that address become part of your own archive; they are not added to a public gallery.
This is useful when you want to follow a handful of ecommerce competitors, collect SaaS onboarding emails, or keep a recurring newsletter for reference. You choose the subscriptions. PromoStash does not crawl a brand’s website, subscribe on your behalf, or retrieve messages sent before you started collecting.
Find the email, not just a screenshot
Browse a compact chronological list with sender, subject, preview, and received date. Emails are grouped by sender domain, so you can open a brand and see its saved messages together. Rename a brand if the initial name is unhelpful. Different domains may appear separately; the grouping is not a verified company directory.
Search subjects, sender names, sender addresses, and text bodies. Narrow the list by brand or date when you remember the occasion but not the wording. Open an email to inspect its HTML, switch to plain text, or review extracted links. Search is text-based: it does not read words inside images or infer the meaning of a campaign.
An archive for reference, not another email client
There is no compose window, reply button, or sending workflow. Save useful messages into manual collections such as Welcome Emails or Seasonal Offers, then return to them when planning your own work. A collection keeps references together without changing the original email.
Incoming HTML is sanitized and displayed in a sandboxed viewer with scripts blocked. Remote images are off until you choose to load them. Images and destination pages hosted by the sender can change or disappear, so a saved email is not a complete backup of the sender’s website or assets.
A few practical details
Good questions.
Can I start collecting marketing emails for free?
Yes. Free includes your private capture address, 3 tracked brands, 100 stored emails, 3 collections, search, and MCP access. See the plan comparison before choosing which brands to follow.
Will this show every email a competitor sends?
No. Your archive contains messages delivered to your address or imported by you. Brands can send different messages to different subscribers, locations, or customer segments. Do not treat a personal archive as a complete record of a competitor’s activity.
Can I bring newsletters from my existing inbox?
Yes, with Pro. Import EML or MBOX files, or configure selective forwarding in your email provider. PromoStash does not ask for Gmail read permissions or connect to your mailbox through Gmail OAuth.
