What is included in the free plan?
Free includes a private receiving address, 3 tracked brands, 100 stored emails, 3 manual collections, the email viewer, text search, and MCP access with optional collection writes. No credit card is required. It is a free plan, not a timed Pro trial.
How does the founding yearly price work?
Pro yearly is $29 USD for a year, billed as one recurring annual payment—not a monthly payment or a lifetime license. Lock in this founding price while your subscription remains active. Later price changes for new customers do not change an existing active subscription’s price. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price available then applies.
Do monthly and yearly Pro include the same features?
Yes. Both include up to 25 tracked brands, 5,000 stored emails, 100 collections, import, forwarding, search, and MCP access. Monthly Pro is $9/month; yearly Pro is $29/year at the founding price. The billing period changes, not the feature set.
What happens when I reach an archive limit?
New emails or brands cannot be added when the relevant plan limit is reached. Creating collections is also limited by your plan. Check the usage display in your account and upgrade before you need more capacity. PromoStash does not automatically upgrade your subscription or charge per-email overages. Do not rely on over-limit incoming emails being saved for later.
Do I pay extra to connect my AI tool?
No extra PromoStash fee or AI credits are required for MCP. Your chosen AI tool may have its own subscription, usage charges, or connector restrictions. Those are separate from PromoStash. The product stores and retrieves emails; it does not provide built-in AI analysis, writing, or chat.
Are imports unlimited on Pro?
No. Email import uses your plan’s email and brand allowance. Uploads support EML and MBOX files up to 4 MB, with up to 100 messages per MBOX batch. Larger archives need to be split into smaller files. There is no unlimited mailbox migration or full attachment backup.
How do I manage my subscription?
Open Settings in PromoStash and choose Manage billing to access the Dodo Payments customer portal. Subscription payments and management are handled by Dodo Payments. Prices on this page are in USD; your checkout shows the final total and any applicable taxes before you pay.
