Behind the library

Useful references. Clear boundaries.

The PromoStash resource library explains how to collect and use marketing-email references. It is published by the product it describes, not an independent review organization.

Who is responsible for these pages?

“PromoStash editorial” is the publication identity for this product’s guides. It is an organization byline, not a fictional individual with invented credentials. The initial articles were prepared with AI assistance and checked against cited public sources and the application’s implementation. They do not claim a named expert review or hands-on competitor testing.

AI assistance in preparing documentation is separate from the product’s functionality. PromoStash itself does not generate, summarize, classify, or analyze your emails. It stores references and makes them accessible to compatible tools when you authorize a connection.

What counts as evidence?

For another product’s features, the guides cite that provider’s official pages. For setup instructions, they link to the relevant help documentation. For PromoStash limits and prices, the articles use the application’s central configuration. Each article displays a publication date and a source-check date.

We distinguish those facts from suggested workflows. Starter collections, research checklists, and sample questions are editorial suggestions, not the results of a customer study. Illustrations show conceptual workflows; they are not screenshots of competitor accounts or claims about customer outcomes.

How to read our comparisons

PromoStash has a commercial interest in these pages. Comparisons explain when another approach may be a better fit and disclose what was not tested. An absent feature on a page is not proof that a provider does not offer it. Where the evidence is incomplete, we say so and link the provider’s current documentation.

We do not publish invented star ratings, unverified customer counts, campaign-performance estimates, or a universal “best tool” ranking. A public gallery, a creation workspace, a mailbox, and a private archive have different purposes. Compare the task you need to complete before comparing prices.

Dates, changes, and limitations

A publication date records when the article was prepared. An updated date should change when the substance changes, not whenever the site is rebuilt. Provider interfaces, prices, and beta integrations can change after a source check; consult the linked official material before relying on a setup or purchase detail.

The current library does not contain independent performance studies, customer case studies, or an external security audit. A captured email is evidence of a message, not proof of its conversion rate. Our guides ask readers to preserve that distinction in their own research.
