PromoStash is operated by Akash Sahani, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Use your account email and describe what happened, when it happened, and any error message. A screenshot with private information removed can help. Never send a sign-in link, access key, full card number, or security code.
Billing and refunds
To cancel renewal or manage payment details, open Settings → Manage billing. For a refund, include your payment reference and follow the seven-day refund policy. The shared Dodo portal may show Trendlyst branding; choose your PromoStash subscription.
Privacy and grievances
Contact Akash Sahani at hello@promostash.app with “Privacy request” or “Privacy grievance” in the subject for questions about personal information, access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your account before acting. Our Privacy Policy explains the data we handle and the controls available in your account.
Report a security issue
Email hello@promostash.app with “Security report” in the subject. Describe the affected feature and steps to reproduce using your own account and synthetic data. Do not include other users’ information or active credentials, and do not access or modify accounts you do not own.
